The site
Content on this site is general information about our studio. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a commitment to a price. The work we show links to live sites run by their owners; their content and policies are their own.
Working with us
We build websites, apps, or both, for individuals and companies. Every project starts by email. Before any work begins, we agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms for that project. No work starts and nothing is owed until both sides have agreed in writing. A free preview, when we offer one, costs nothing and creates no obligation. In general:
- You provide accurate content and have the rights to any text, images and logos you give us.
- Revisions, ownership of the finished work and any cancellation or refund terms are set out in the written project agreement.
- We may use third-party tools and services that carry their own licenses and terms.
- We show a finished project in our work only with your written permission.
If a written project agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement controls.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site, attempt to break or overload it, or use it unlawfully.
No guarantees about results
We build professional websites and apps but cannot promise particular search rankings, traffic, downloads or sales.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the project concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
If a disagreement comes up, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith by email. The governing law and venue for a project are those set out in its written project agreement.

We may update these terms by posting a new date here.
